✨ Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unopened, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible.
Approved returns may be refunded to your original form of payment or exchanged for something new.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns or exchanges.

We hate when this happens—but if your order arrives incorrect or damaged, reach out as soon as possible.
Include a clear photo of the item(s) with your email so we can make it right.

Every clip comes with a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers normal wear and tear damage.
Eligible items qualify for a refund or exchange.

Need to update your shipping address? Contact us before your order ships.
Once an order is on its way, we can’t change the address.
Shipping costs on returned packages due to an incorrect address are non-refundable.
